Our Gatherings

All Members are invited to join our monthly Monday Gathering, Saturday Stitchers, and Mornington Textile Arts Group. Entry is $5. 

​

Visitors are welcome to visit any two sessions for free before deciding if you would like to join our group. 

​

Our  Monthly Monday Gathering​​

Takes place on the second Monday of the month 10am to 3pm @ The Studio @ P.C.T. 91 Wilson Road, Mornington

​

At our monthly gatherings, members come together to stitch, share and enjoy all things patchwork.  We have “Show and Tell” sessions, where members share their latest project, access an extensive library;  sell quilting and sewing related items at the trading table and book into workshops.

 

Throughout the year the club invites a variety of guest speakers from a diverse background of patchwork and other crafting genres.​

Mornington Textile Arts Group (M.T.A.G.)

​

​Takes place on the third Saturday of the month 10am - 3pm @ Currawong Stables, 5-17 Currawong Street, Mornington.

 

This group takes on the challenge of both the textile artist and the modern quilter.

Saturday Stitchers

​

Takes place on the third Saturday of the month 10am - 3pm @ Currawong Stables, 5-17 Currawong Street, Mornington.

​

This group is designed for everyone, from beginners or those new to patchwork, through to experienced quilters who enjoy spending time together socially while working on a project. 

​​

With sessions on a Saturday to enable those that perhaps work or have weekday commitments sit and sew sessions from 10am.
